This really is a first class guest house to stay in, The property has ample parking and enjoys the most spectacular views. The bed rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious. The rooms are all very well equipped as was our excellent en-suite bathroom. The whole guest house was spotlessly clean and tidy. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast. The menu choice was impressive. Willie and Christine were excellent hosts and offered us lots of helpful local advice.

Superb Stay

Christine and Willie are wonderful hosts at Ashburn House, providing their guests with luxurious accommodation, delicious breakfasts and excellent tips about the town and local area. The house is a short walk into town where you can easily access the railway station as well as a good selection of restaurants, cafes and shops. There is ample parking at the rear of the house and the conservatory is a delightful spot to sit and watch the boats on the loch. We would certainly stay at Ashburn House again if visiting Fort William in the future.

Fantastic B&B

What a find, absolutely wonderful place really above average bed and breakfast. Our room overlooked the loch and was so spacious as was the bathroom and both very clean. Very tastefully decorated with every amenity you could want, a lot of thought has gone into making the room very comfortable with lounging chairs. Hosts very welcoming and helpful and was only a short walking distance into Fort William. Dining room was beautiful as was the breakfast freshly cooked produce and first rate. Large car park on the premises which is a must for us. Would highly recommend a visit you will not be disappointed
